If the City of Bryant Arkansas is successful in annexing these areas, the city will nearly double in geographic size. Bryant Arkansas in Saline County will have a new border along Pulaski County for a distance of almost 9 miles. The south side of Baseline Road for the last 1.25 miles will be in the Bryant city limits. The northern city limits will be extended by about 2 miles over a width of about 6 miles.

On October 14th Benton voted not to take the Northlake - Salem area of 1,174 acres.

On November 4th, Bryant will vote on taking areas totaling 11,113 acres -- almost 10 times as much as the Benton election.
